Try Chef Dan's Green Goddess Chicken Salad Recipe with your Whole Bird Leftovers!

Green Goddess Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

¼ C dijon mustard

⅓ C lemon juice

1 C Greek yogurt

¼ C sliced scallions

½ C parsley, chopped

1 tsp kosher salt

½ C olive oil

½ lb of shredded chicken from FGC’s Whole Bird

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients (except chicken) in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in fridge.

Toss ½ lb Shredded Chicken from Fields Good Chicken Whole Bird or any cooked chicken you have on hand with ¼ cup Green Goddess and your favorite hot sauce to taste.

Serve over greens or between bread.
