General

Can I order catering the same day as my event?+

We request orders be placed at least 12 hours before your event - but we do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests. Please email catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com or call 646-876-9777 and we will always do our best to accommodate.

How do I place a pick-up catering order? +

On our ordering page you have the option to select "Pick Up" or "Delivery". You can also place a catering or pick-up order on our Fields Good Chicken app.

Can I place an order over email or the phone? +

We request all orders to be placed via our website. This helps us ensure a seamless and secure ordering process with no errors. If you have any questions, you can reach us at catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com or call 646-876-9777

Is there a minimum order for catering? +

There is no minimum for catering orders. We accept orders of any size.

I’d like to order catering for more than 30 people (more than your larger package serves). What options do I have? +

You can order as many bowls or catering trays as you’d like to accommodate your whole party. Have 60 guests? Order six 10 packs of our lunchboxes, or two large feast packages. For 15, 25, or any other quantity of guests between our 10, 20, and 30-person packages, we recommend adding “A La Carte” sides to your order or some single bowls.

 Food Setup

How much food comes in an A La Carte tray?+

Our trays feed 8-10 people, with portions similar to what we serve in our restaurants. If you have light or heavy eaters, your order should be adjusted accordingly.

How is the food packaged?+

You can order catering in two formats: individual bowls or family style recyclable trays.

Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?+

Bowl catering orders come with individually wrapped napkins and utensils. All tray catering orders arrive with napkins, plates, serveware and utensils!

Will your team help set up my order?+

Besides special events, our catering services are drop-off only.

What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?+

Our catering provides options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. Please refer to our NUTRITION page for additional information. You can see allergens in the descriptions of all our menu items (and on our catering tents!) How much food do you recommend per person? +

We recommend the same servings as in our restaurants - A chicken of choice, 2 sides and grain or greens. We recommend not going too broad on the variety of sides to ensure you don't run out of any favorites. Please see our Feasts packages for easy ordering.

Delivery + Payment

When should I request delivery drop-off if my event starts at XX AM/PM?+

We suggest having your order delivered 30 minutes before your serve time. If you are located in a high security building, we would suggest 45 minutes to be on the safe side.

What if my address is outside your delivery zone?+

Please email [catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com][0] or call 646-876-9777 and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer house accounts?+

We do not currently offer house accounts for catering orders.

Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?+

We recommend adding a tip of 10-20% of the order subtotal. 100% of this goes to the delivery driver.

Do you accept tax exemptions?+

Yes. Please send us a note at catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com. We will need the following information: A copy of your tax exemption form, designated drop-off date & time, delivery address, any special delivery instructions, (freight elevator entrances, apt or suite floors, etc.), point of contact name, point of contact number for the driver to reach out to 5-10 minutes prior to drop-off and your order.

I'd like to change my credit card information, but I can't. What do I do? +

We are diligently working to to create a more seamless process. In Reach out to catering@fieldsgoodchicken.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What's your cancellation policy? +

We request 12 hours notice of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time. Same day cancellations with be charged 50% of the order price. The more notice the better!
